Scapular Question

Hello, I’m currently going through the RCIA process, and I’m loving it all. I"m learning so much, I’m reading everything I can get my hands on!
But I do have one question (actually I have more, but I’ll start here), what is the purpose of a scapular?

Its kind of like an outward statement of your faith. Not that you are showing everyone else your faith, but it reminds you of your faith. It keeps your mind thinking of God.
