Schism PPX coming into full communion?

I heard that the Vatican was working on bringing the schismatic church of PPX in line with Rome. Is this true. Do we know when they will be fully catholic?
I have some dear friends who are PPX and the saddest thing to me is that they think they are the true catholics when they don’t even acknowledge our Holy Father. So If anyone knows when these changes will come about. the Knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

I think you mean SSPX when you write PPX?

I attend SSPX chapels and we do consider ourselves to be in union with the church because we do acknowledge the Holy Father as Pope. I am assuming the friends you know are an individual case because to observe the Holy Father is the official stance of the SSPX.

We have said to be in “imperfect communion” by Cardinal Hoyos several times. I believe the “perfect communion” would occur when the superial general Bishop Fellay and the Holy Father reach aggreements to lift the excommunications (which we do not recognize out for several reasons you can read abou on the SSPX website www.sspx.org) and there is an official statement from the Holy See that we are in regular communion with the church.

p.s. The SSPX website has a picture of the Holy Father on the front and we pray for him at all of our masses.

The Eastern Orthodox also acknowledge Benedict XVI as Pope, and tremble.
