Very interesting. Haven’t watched it yet but I might grab some relatives later so we can all watch this.
But some people might argue that this documentary is biased (the producer is the same man that worked on ‘The Passion of Christ’), so I wouldn’t use it as the only proof to prove Jesus’ existence. Some non-Biblical records account for His death (which you can find with a quick Google search).

Unless they can show that the stars did not exist prior to the Nativity, then it means the same as the discoveries of Noah’s Ark. Even if factual, it would prove only one tiny, tiny bit of the OT.
So far as attention, I recognized some of the Nasa people while watching the credits.

Did you watch the movie? It is scientifically based. It is not astrology. God is using the scientific movement of the heavenly bodies to point to the coming of the Messiah. Everyone demands signs, proofs, God has given us many, this is one example, miracles another, philosophical reasoning another.

The Magi followed the signs in the sky, we do not know how the astrollogy of that time really was. They found Jesus. Now are you telling me that Horus lived among the egyptians?

I think instead of posing as the perennial skeptic you should watch the movie. It won’t hurt you and it costs nothing. It has been out several years now so you will eventually hear more about it, so you should inform yourself.

I think you should watch the movie. Unless you see it you will not be able to make an intelligent judgment. All I will say is that is not astrology, it is following the signs God gave us using the science of astronomy.

I feel edified that the skeptics, agnostics, atheists are beginning to swarm. They smell a threat to their world view.
