I just found this Yahoo! e-mail list:
groups.yahoo.com/group/Catholic-Faith-List/
they send you the daily scripture readings with commentary from the Navarre Bible.
There’s also some discussion on the list but not a lot from what I’ve seen so far.

You can also get the lectionary and commentary from Good News Ministries - gnm.org/index.shtml

You have options to get the Sunday readings a week before, etc. It’s very nice I think!
