Scruples over the phone

So sometimes, I’ll use the phone knowing that it is not a close occasion of sin, however, my scruples will overcome me so much that I’ll actually believe it is mortal sin. I’ll even continue using the phone anyways. Would this be a close occasion of sin. Do I just ignore it and go on with my life?
 
Are you referring to your phone having access to pornography? If so then this is a temptation that you must fight and Jesus does say if you hand causes you to sin, cut it off. So if this is the case, install many blockers and disable incognito and private search.

Or is your problem that you think phones are just inherently bad? If so, please explain because I don’t understand
 
To all those responding, this kind of deliberation is not helpful to someone who is scrupulous.

To the OP, please see your priest and maybe a mental health professional if your scruples have reached such a degree. Do not ask these questions on here. It will only exacerbate your condition.
