Interesting that there is no mention of the naval military forces who are seafarers and help protect all commercial seafarers. Also, Sea Cadets sponsored by the navies of different countries help raise funds for Sea Sunday celebrations.

Also interesting that there is no mention of St. Erasmus, the patron saint of seafarers.
