On the second day of creation: In the English we do not have “it was good.”

It is not in the Hebrew.

It is in the LXX and the Old Latin.

Is there an official teaching on this verse?

Or, is “it is good” considered inspired?

Why should “it is good” be anything other than “it is good”.
Why would God say “it is inspired”. Why would there be or need to be an official teaching on this verse.

I am sorry. I did not phrase my questions clearly, sorry.

I have read that the original Hebrew for the second day of creation does not have: “It is good.” Therefore the English translation of today do not have: “It is good.”

However, the Old Latin translations and the LXX do have “It is good” for the second day.

What is the official position for the “it is good” for the second day?

So from chapter one verses 6-8, should we have “It is good” or not?

I am, again, sorry for not be able to ask the questions clearly. It is most difficult for me to clearly get my ideas out of my head and into the computer.
