"Secular Scientific"

Does anyone know what it means when someone refers to themselves as “secular scientific”? Is this just a euphemism for atheism or is there a more detailed belief system?
 
Haven’t heard the term before but it sounds as if he is not affiliated with any religion and believes only what his inflated ego tells him to believe.
