Hello friends,
I just stumbled upon a video on YT that I figured might interest some of you. In all the discussions we have here about how to relate to those outside of Christianity, a lot is written about how we’d like the world to be versus how it actually is. Not being a fan of the “kumbaya” mentality found in modern inter-faith relations, I can really appreciate a non-Christian who has his head on straight about the reality of his own religion and doesn’t just blame, blame, blame others for the fact that not everybody likes it or sees it as elemental to the health of the society or the state or the world. Former Iraqi MP Ayad Jamal Al-Din is one such man. Please watch the following video (~15 minutes) and enjoy an all too uncommonly seen candor and clarity from a TV discussion in the Middle East:
