Seminaries that teach the TLM?

Does anyone know of what Seminaries there are out there that teach the TLM (excluding the FSSP seminaries, ICK seminary, or any other Traditional Society of Apostolic life with its own seminary).
 
I would be very much surprised if there existed any seminaries of that kind in the U.S. (excluding the groups you list). Catholics in China, at least until recently, celebrated the TLM because the changes of Vatican II were not yet implemented there. But, as China was/is Communistic, I’m not sure if a formally recognized Catholic Seminary would be allowed to exist by the government. I’ll let others more knowledgeable of Chinese Catholicism add or refine the details.
