Senate Judiciary Committee OKs Pro-Abortion Elena Kagan for Supreme Court

Washington, DC – In a nearly party-line vote with very little suspense, the Senate Judiciary Committee today approved President Barack Obama’s nomination of pro-abortion Solicitor General Elena Kagan to replace retiring pro-abortion Justice John Paul Stevens on the Supreme Court.

NOW, it is time to begin the filibuster.

Kagan is not only in favor of infanticide / partial-birth-abortion, not only is she guilty of fabricating White House documents on infanticide/ partial-birth-abortion which were submitted to the Supreme Court and used as authoritative documents [even though they were false documents], she is also also opposed to the 2nd Amendment.

So, there will be no defense of the defenseless, but also there will be no self-defense either.

I don’t blame the pro-death crowd so much as I blame weak-kneed Republicans, cafeteria Catholics, and everyone who’s been asleep at the wheel for these past ten years.
