My husband and I saw it on opening day. It has convinced us to watch all the Firefly episodes. Good movie, fun cast.
 
It got a decent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, so it must be pretty good, I’ll probably see it on video.
 
It comes out on DVD December 20th, but you really should go see it in theaters, it is just so much better. If you undecided, watch the first 9.5 minutes of it with the link above. Think, how many times do you get to see the beginning of a film before paying 9 bucks?

Serenity was wonderful–my husband and I both loved it. I’m going to have to start watching more Firefly!

I’ve seen partial episodes of Firefly; my husband watches it every week. For some reason, I never watched one all the way through. The movie got me hooked.
 
My brother and I saw it on opening night.

It was an incredible movie.

We were fans of the series, which we watched on DVD.
 
Friends of mine recommended Firefly to me back in May. They brought over the DVDs and we watched the pilot and train job. My friends had to go and took their DVDs with them. I went out the next day bought the series and watched them with my wife over the next couple of weeks. My wife and I really liked the movie.

My favorite character is Book and my wife loves Kaylee. Who’s your favorite character?
 
My favorites are Wash (😦 ) and Jayne. My handle when I play Call of Duty online is “TheManTheyCallJayne.” Though it might change to “LeafOnTheWind.” Or, possibly, I might just shorten it to “SaintJayne.” After all, he hit a man in the neck at 500 yards with a bent scope!

Never seen Firelfy, but the previews for Serenity looked pretty cool. I missed it at the show, but will catch it on dvd.
 
Since seeing Serenity we have bought the complete dvds and have watched all but the last two. We’re going to Serenity again tonight.

“My days of not taking you seriously are certainly comin’ to a middle”. 😃
