Seriously ill in hospital

Please pray for Rick, a husband and father in serious condition in the hospital. A good and faithful servant of God.

Such a difficult time to be ill. I’m lifting up in this prayer for Rick, a prayer for all those who have family members in hospitals, who are suffering in this particular time. May this be a time of healing, especially spiritaul healing, and reconciliation.

God bless all of you, who in this busy busy time, are taking time to pray for those who are suffering or in trouble.

That all who suffer illnesses in hospitals may find comfort in Christ the healer, the Spirit that consoles them, and their Father in heaven who watches over them and is glorified by their cross…

Lord Jesus, You have said, “Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.” With confidence in Your loving heart which offers rest to weary souls, we come to You in this time of special need. In Your unfailing love, read the prayer that is written on our hearts, and grant the grace that we ask of You, in accordance with Your holy will. In Your name we pray. Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, and sought thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother, to thee I come, before thee I stand sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate! Despise not my petitions, but, in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
 
Lord, please heal Rick in accordance with your holy and perfect will. Please grant him courage, strength , peace and the deepest faith. Help him to be home with his family soon, if this would please you. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer.
