I just has to share this. Fr. John Hardon was a magnificent catechist. This link therealpresence.org/archives/archives.htm leads to his countless writings, audios, and videos about the Catholic faith. Fr. Hardon is such a holy man, pray that he may become a saint soon!

Thank you! I never met Fr. Hardon but as a theology student at BC I read a lot of his work and he definitely influenced me and helped me in my journey into the Church.

I’ve been listening to his mp3’s downloaded to my iPod everyday for the past few years.
I started at the beginning of the sites list of his recorded lectures and so far I’m on Series 066
therealpresence.org/archives/MP3/MP3.htm
with still a long way to go.
It takes getting used to his personality but he truly becomes a spiritual father.

For those poorly Catechized or for anyone without time to study the Catechism and the Bible, these are the perfect [free] resource and/or shortcut to catching up on our Faith.

Sometimes it’s amazing. I will start one of his talks where I left off and his subject will be about something exactly what I’ve been struggling with or presently thinking about.

I’m no Jesuit or belong to any order. I’m just a knight of the Immaculata. And I’m convinced she had chosen him to guide us in our Faith.
Father himself endorsed consecration to Jesus through Mary and he always had a deep devotion to her yet he wasn’t called to the consecration like the Franciscans have.

Father worked diligently everyday of his long life to further God’s Kingdom with his love for the salvation of souls.
