This is clipped from another thread, and the quote originated in “The Remnant:”

The implication seems to be that we don’t want to face the “judgment of the Almighty” after being intimate with our spouses. I realize this may not have been a “Rule,” but this and related negatives about marital intimacy were certainly widespread when I was younger.
