If you truly loved each other you would wait until you are married. Why chance throwing away truth for a feeling or for a maybe?

You never know what might happen between now and the time you are married. Life takes some crazy turns sometimes, and marriage isn’t a “done deal” until you take your vows. So stay strong and stay pure. If you two are meant to be married, it will happen and then you can have all the sex you want with God’s blessing!

Blunt, but honest. I agree of course. But what if a man (or woman) decides to marry someone quickly who might not be suitable, just to enjoy the wedding night? Lust is terrible.

yes. What if you don’t marry them? Besides, you aren’t sacramentally joined.

There is a rule I was taught in high school, and it’s served me well. If you have to ask if something is wrong, then it is. Our conscience is there to guide us. We need to listen.

Well, if the person isn’t a suitable lifetime partner, then don’t marry them, and don’t have sex with them. Yes, lust is a problem, and will be until we have both feet in the grave.
