More moral relativism from the Culture of Perversion:
Sexual Affairs between Pupils and Teachers ‘Can Be Beneficial’ Says UK Prof

By Terry Vanderheyden
SHEFFIELD, UK, November 11, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A professor of education is contending that sexual relations between pupils and teachers can lend a beneficial “erotic charge” to the classroom.

Sheffield University professor Pat Sikes, in a paper to be published in the new year, “Scandalous stories and dangerous liaisons: when female pupils and male teachers fall in love,” describes instances of sexual relationships between schoolgirls and their teachers. Sikes told the Times Educational Supplement that she fell in love with her 22-year-old teacher when she was a girl and pupil of his at only 14, claiming that not all such relationships are wrong, even though the UK’s Sexual Offences Act has made all such acts criminal.

Ewwww… Can I not choke now…???

:insert vomitting emoticon here:

So, according to this prof, pedophiles are just ahead of the curve on this one?

Paedophiles claim that it is beneficial for young children to have an adult ‘lover’. Sick! Sick! Sick!

😦 😦

It makes my skin crawl when I think of this teacher leading a class of up and coming teachers with her language laced with double meanings and veiled hanky-panky as she licks her lips and eyes the young male students. Golly; people with her morals, mentoring teachers, tends to take the honorable qualities fly right out of the teaching profession.

Almost as perveted as the teacher/author are the ones who are going to publish and distribute her garbage.

SOmething very sick is happening in our culture. A few years back the American Psychiatric Association debated whether to remove the term pedophilia from the manual of mental disorders. Doing so would have made prosecuting child molesters more difficult for the courts. Luckily, the public got wind of the change and the APA didn’t make the changes.

There was a book written, not that long ago, where the author claimed that most children were not hurt but were in fact helped, by having sexual affairs with older people.

Please read this article. It was written in 2003 but it is still frightening.

I agree. Our society suffers from what I call anti-religious syndrome. But yet they refuse to go the doctor, because they know doctor will give them the answer they don’t want to hear. To say that sexual affairs between Pupils and Teachers ‘can be beneficial’ is craziness. The people who wrote that title need to heads examined. I don’t really pay attention to freerepublic.com because a lot of it is merely opiniated stuff.

Interesting that these types never speak out on the Church scandal.

Actually, I think the Church scandal put a temporary crimp on their agenda. Many with this agenda would like to gradually desensitzie society to what we call sexual perversions. They would like us to simply think of these as alternate lifestyles. Those in NAMBLA would like to see the age of consent lowered to allow for “consensual” sexual activities between adults and children. They had to back off for awhile during the Church scandal; and they were very concerned to try to convince the public that the scandal was not a result of homosexuality–even though something like 90% of the abuse cases involved older men preying upon adolescent boys.

I don’t know anything about freerepublic personally.🙂 I simply did a search to find a news article on the American Psychiatric Association’s desire to remove pedophilia as a disorder from the list of mental disorders.

I have read pretty much the same information on other news articles. SOme people believe that pedophiliacs are the same as homosexuals in the 1970’s and that eventually the public will accept them.

Just plain disgusting. Our poor children, can they ever be able to trust anyone? There is nothing “consensal” between a teenager and an adult. It is called RAPE!:banghead:

Just in case anyone wants to join: NAMBLA

Only for the lab portion of the class.
Hah! Perhaps I could consider that.

Seriously, though, the saddest part is that a lot of these people actually BELIEVE what they say.
