Sexual orientation same as sexual inclination?

I think so.
Inclination seems to carry more of a connotation of "this is what a person is tempted to " and orientation is more “this is a type of person”, but I might be wrong

We might use the words interchangeably in common discussion, but I don’t think they mean the same thing at all. For example, type in “orientation” in that same CCC word search. “Orientation” is used, theologically, to described what something is oriented toward (its purpose, for exmaple) by its nature or design. “Inclination”, on the other hand, is used to described what we might be drawn to, whether it be due to our design, or to fallen nature. I didn’t read all the examples, but that’s the gist of what I see. I could be wrong, though.

The term “sexual orientation” in contemporary time has been used to classify an individual or a group with secular identity markers. Frankly I despise this term and others like “gay” because of they are commonly used with deliberate, disingenuous ambiguity. I am of the opinion that we as Christian faithful SHOULD NOT BE USING said terminology because it does not confirm with the teachings of the Church.
