I am currently looking for companies to buy basics from: clothing, shoes, food, etc. Rather than only to boycott the businesses that are Anti-Catholic or proabortion, it would be good to support good businesses.

Any suggestions?

To give further information, my Mom wants to know what stores she SHOULD support when she goes out and buys clothes and other items for her LARGE family of 12 children. She is especially interested in knowing where we should go Christmas/Epiphany shopping, but wants to know for every-day stuff too. She already shops the local small grocery store owned and staffed by parishionsers, as well as trying to deal with other small businesses either run by Catholics or at least family businesses that do not support anti-catholic or pro-abortion causes.

Thanks again, to anyone who can help us here!

Get an info packet from Ave Maria mutual funds, and all of the companies on their list are good to frequent, IMO.
