Thanks for this article! He is a special saint to me because he represents the universality of the Church. I sponsor a girl from India and she is from this same area. Also, our associate priest at our parish is from India and he’s the most devout I’ve ever seen. After the Consecration he lays prostrate adoring the Host for a few minutes, also kisses the Tabernacle when he places the chalice in there after Communion. Naturally the bishop has transferred him to another parish after only two years in ours.
