Should a Christian be harsh sometimes?

I thought you can correct without harshness, instead, with gentleness like what my signature says.

My friend, WELCOME to CAF!

Jesus himself was not always GENTLE:)

Why? Because Truth is and must be singular per defined issue.

EVERY effort is to be made to sahre truth with clarity [facts] and charity. BUT some times TRUTH, when not accepted for what it is can appear to be harsh:o

Matthew 21:12
And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money changers, and the chairs of them that sold doves:

Matthew 22:18
But Jesus knowing their wickedness, said: Why do you tempt me, ye hypocrites?

Matthew 23:14
Woe to you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites: because you devour the houses of widows, praying long prayers. For this you shall receive the greater judgment

So the issue is first Truth, and then STIVE to share it with charity

Jesus has the authority to be however gentle or harsh as he sees fit because HE knows the journey, heart and soul of each individual. We do not have this insight.

However there is this:

Sometimes the TRUTH Hurts, its STILL THEE Truth and it is to be shared. Amen!🙂
