Should I create a replacement fourm?

I heard the fourm is closing. Anyone want me to make a replacement? I’m more than happy to revisit an old project I worked on if anyone is interested.
 
What kind of rule changes? Honestly I was going to keep rules kinda bare and make them as needed.
