Should I quit tutorial school due to infringements of copyrights?

I have enrolled in a tutorial school that copies past paper. I have checked online and the official department have stated that this is not allowed. Though I have paid for all the lessons and I have only gone to one of them, should I quit? My father really wants me to continue after I presented my dilemma to him and worse still, I think it is highly unlikely he will support me to quit. What should I do with the notes then? Should I still use the knowledge I have gained from the lesson with the teacher might have gotten the materials he analyzed from the illegal means as the department stated? What should I do?
 
There’s not nearly enough information in your OP for us to give you any concrete advice. I recommend talking to your teacher about your concerns.

In general, copyright laws don’t always apply in exactly the same way in educational settings. So I wouldn’t necessarily assume that searching online would yield you the correct answer in your particular situation…

In my situation, the tutorial schools, in my knowledge cannot send students to public exams under their names as they already belong to secondary schools. In my notes issued yesterday, there was no such license written on the notes as required. Besides, it has the model answers on it and my course is an examination crammer. In Hong Kong, tutorial schools are so popular the it makes the government aware of them and so it can be targeted towards them.
 
Since you are not in the US, so-called Fair Use does not apply. I don’t think anyone here can decide for you. Can you report the infringement to anyone in proper authority? And you should find out what the effect might be to you if you do.

Okay I will see what I can do. But morally it is okay to just continue the course or doing the reprinted materials even if the department say I may finish the course just for the sake of money paid?
