Should I replace the Mary in my rosary that only has eleven stars?

On my rosary beads, I realised the part that has Mary before the decade beads, has eleven stars around her head instead of twelve. I really love how Mary is portrayed in the picture as she is holding baby Jesus and the back has Jesus on it, but the missing star is bothering me. I bought a new one with twelve stars but it doesn’t have Jesus on it. Should I replace it?

I would simply say, “no”. I have seen many Mary’s with no stars at all. They are not any “less” Mary, stars, or no stars.

There were only eleven apostles with Mary (and other disciples) in the upper room on Pentecost when the Holy Spirit descended on them all, as the apostle Judas Iscariot had not yet been replaced.

I seriously doubt that Mary is in any way concerned about the matter. I have 4 rosaries and you made me get up and look, as I never paid any particular attention to the medals.

One has Mary with, 11 stars and 2 hearts on the other side along with an “M” with the cross intertwined… One has Mary with 12 stars. One has Christ on one side, Mary on the other and no stars. And one, blessed by Pope Pius 12th, has a bust of Mary on one side and an apparition (unidentifiable) on the other side, no stars.
