Well, the UN in the late 1940’s created Israel. The modern day UN didn’t (they can only claim descent from the diplomats who did) and most of their present day actions seem to indicate that they are strongly anti-Israel. Sorry if you disagree, but you can’t deny that it is understandable to conclude that, even if it be the wrong conclusion.
