Should water be mixed into all of the chalices used at Mass?

During the celebration of the Eucharist, a small quantity of water is to be mixed with the wine that is used in the most sacred celebration of the eucharistic sacrifice. When many cups are on the altar and the wine has been poured into those cups, is it proper to mix a small quantity of water into only one cup of wine and not all?

Yes. The water only needs to be added to the priest’s chalice. It does not need to be added to the chalices that will be distributed to the congregation.
