Should or must we confess the obvious consequences/ramifications of a sin.

Example: if I confess to watch pornography, should I confess to have helped in a way the industry that put women in this terrible position of porn actress?

No. There’s no need to pile on to oneself. The priest and Lord know why sins are bad.

And they are both aware of the ramifications of sin. Confessing sins needs to start with “I did” or I failed to do" and pretty much end there.

If tomorrow every last person in the pornography industry should stop filming/acting and the day after, you watched pornography still floating around on the internet, there would be no relevance to making such an extended comment.

And while sins involving pornography have a defined group who continue to produce because people continue to watch, who is harmed if you intentionally fail to go to Mass on Sunday when you travel? The parish you did not enter?

It is irrelevant; your choice is what is relevant.
