apologies if this is old hat, but I would like to hear what other people have to say about the Shroud of Turin, especially on these points:
- The Shroud shows an image that was unintelligible until recently. Why would a 14th c. hoakster create an image that nobody could see?
- There was pollen from Palestinian plants imbedded in the Shroud.
- The Shroud shows Christ crucified through the wrists, a practice that the Romans would have used, but was not commonly known in the 14th century.
