Sin and church comunion

I have a Confessor who is helping me so much with sin. I pray and get farther and farther to the point of disgust and getting no satisfaction from sin. Sometimes I know it takes a while and we must fight. I notice that when sin exists I am very tired. When I am forgiven sometimes I pep up and have so much energy. Can a lay person be being oppressed or obessed? I know you can have the enemy and his forces who want to get that fleshly feel of a bit of pride or ego or sexual sin.
Also has anyone been to or studied from the Coptic Catholic church? They are in communion I have heard. The Coptic Orthodox Church I believe isn’t but I think they were both founded by Mark if I am right.

I know too what is hurting. I have been so much in pain it’s been hard for me to go to Mass. Not good for anyone. I have finally been told problem is I have Epilepsy and I have been put on meds that really help so I am not so afraid to take public transportation. So I can get to Mass more. 🙂
