You could say that, figuratively.

Obviously, the Romans didn’t pound nail after nail into HIM representing everybody’s sins.

But each of our sins did add to the weight dragging on HIS poor old limbs during HIS death.

Ah… ‘old limbs’? I know you were just making a figure of speech, and we know Jesus was in his early 30’s when he was put to death.

Oops, I mean “poor old” as in a figure of sympathy, rather than “old limbs”.

However, as He might have been as old as 39 at death (AD33 - 6BC), He may well have suffered in a middle-aged, though not old, human body.
