So you are saying that grace is resistable, right?
Are we all by default ‘predestined to salvation’ and then we individually either remain or fall away?
I’m saying that Lutherans reject all but the “T” in the TULIP", so yes.

Because I still see a void for those who aren’t predestined to salvation.

Interesting OP. I didn’t know previously that Lutherans were somewhere in the middle of the Calvinist vs. Arminian debate

The wiki article makes it seem as if Bondage of the Will reflects the standard position of later Lutherans. It doesn’t. Luther would have been a “three-point Calvinist” if you must put things that way. He definitely believed in unconditional election and irresistible grace. He did not believe that all who have been once regenerated will persevere.
