What kind of category does the sins of disrespect belong to?
Like disrespecting holy things and objects?

On what category does sin of disrespecting religious/liturgical songs belong? Like making a joke while singing them?
 
Lack of reverence for God. It’s against the first commandment really. It could be against the 3rd too if it’s making fun of the Sunday worship and possibly 2nd if it takes the Lord’s name in vain which you did not mention, but if it’s joking about the Lords name in a song then it’s not a stretch to imagine that being casual about the Lords name though it may not be this at all. If you were going to confession though you could just say sins of irreverence or disrespect for God, like you said. Ask for the grace of reverence and fervour. God bless you
 
Is it still irreverence for God if like the song is dedicated to saints like Our Blessed Mother perphaps?
 
Yes, Our Lady is the Mother of God. He honours her and made her the Queen of all heaven and earth so must we honour her.
