Someone asked me if I had read Sister Francis Clare’s books, “Wow God”, and “Your Move, God”. I haven’t, but am wondering if any of you have, and if so is this author orthodox?
I have a copy of at least one of them, but don’t recall what it said and don’t have ready access to it at the moment. Sr. Francis Clare was a nun who belonged to the Catholic Charismatic Movement and back when she wrote the books was in my opinion a faithful Catholic. Several times she spoke before and took part in healing Masses in our parish probably over 20 or 30 years ago. She was a powerfulI speaker and believed that praying for healing both physical and spiritual in Jesus name was effective. Her books were probably a witness to miracles she had observed in her ministry. I know more than a few of our older nuns have jumped the tracks and gotten involved in Wicca and rather dubious feminist theology. I don’t recall that she ever did anything like that.
