good morning and prace be with you;i would like to know if it is possible to track down a certain priest, and sister with not much information. tank-you in advance brad58
Brad, I’m afraid I don’t know how you would find someone with very little information. If you know what order they belonged to or which church they attended you might have more luck. I wish you well in finding them.🙂

Hello Sr Leo!
I am so happy to have found your lovely blog!
I have just ordered the book “The Right to be Merry” by Mother Mary Francis, as I am very interested in the day to day life of nuns.
Thank you for sharing with us!

Let me be another to welcome you to CAF Sr. Leo!

I looked at your blog (which is very nice), but I’m sorry to hear about your accident on September 4th. I hope you have made a full recovery!

God bless you, and it is a pleasure to have you as a forum member. :tiphat:

Sister Leocadia- I’m sorry to hear of the loss of your sister and friend Sr. Zdenka and I really liked what you stated, “Our loss is Heaven’s gain.”

When I looked at your picture it makes me feel peaceful Yes, even though you have a bit of a bruise on your eye…I’m terribly sorry about your accident. I will keep you in my prayers.

Jim, is adoreable. I did check out that video of Our Lady opening her eyes I’m not really sure if that is accurate or not but the story goes that a little boy or girl was sick and Our Lady cured him or her. <–Don’t quote me on that though because I’m not exactly sure if that is true or not.

SASD- The Servants of the Afflicted of St. Dympha the order that was started 10 years ago. Are they going to be coming to U.S.A. and Canada? My apologies for my ignorance if they are already here.

Sister Leocadia, God bless you for dedicating your life to God and God’s people. I do hope and pray that someday I will to become a Religious (especially with the Discalced Carmelite Nuns).

God bless,
goforgoal

Do you know which order (ie/Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, Sisters of the Child Jesus,Sisters of the Precious Blood, and so forth) she belonged in? Did she belong to a religious order in Fargo, N.D. or was she born and raised there? You said, when you were young so what year about?

Do you mean Fr. Arthur Young for the Priest?

I’m alright thank you. I did have a couple of trips to the hospital because of an old injury that flared up but I didn’t need anything more than a few painkillers. I’m a tough nun!

Thank you for all your kind words. I’m not sure about the video but I think it’s very nice, just the sort of thing Our Lady might do to show us how much she cares for us! Our order only have one house so far and that is the motherhouse in Slovakia but we’re hoping that some sisters will come here to the UK when we have purchased this property I currently live in. I wish you well in your vocation.
Welcome to CAF Sister Leo! 🙂
Thank you very much!

I joined the community when I was 18 and I’m now 26. We’re a nursing order who have a small clinic for the mentally ill. We are called The Servants of the Afflicted of St Dymphna and are based in Slovakia though I am back in my birthplace of the UK where we hope to set up another house.
