Sisters of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd

These are the sisters best known as “Good Shepherd”. They were founded by St. Mary Euphrasia Pelletier, who had started as a Refuge sister. Their contemplative branch used to be known as the Magdalens. Recently, the Sisters of Our Lady of Charity of the Refuge merged with the Good Shepherd sisters. Their new name is “Sisters of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd.”
