Sloth (Why is this called one of the seven deadly sins? What is it?)

Anyway, the answer is No. Sloth is also known as acedia, which is a better word for it, it dont mean laziness, but spiritual negligence.
 
I think I took this definition from the Baltimore Catechism
SLOTH - Distaste for spiritual things because their attainment requires too much labor. It is opposed to the virtue of charity. It is the source of failure to perform works of piety and mercy.
