So got back from confession and realized

I forgot to say the frequency of my sins. Is this a problem?
Note: the priest did not ask for them so I’m assuming its ok.
 
I wouldn’t get too legalistic on it personally. Just my 2 cents.
 
Of course it is! You confessed in good faith, and if the presence of Jesus in the priest had thought it necessary to ask frequency, he would have. Jesus is aware of your sincere repentance, and you received Absolution. Bless you! Trishie 🙂 Enjoy your peace!
 
Funny thing, I have never mentioned – nor been asked – the question about ‘how many times.’
 
Sometimes it’s relevant. Like, did you commit adultery once or three times a week for the last month.
