So, wives, about your DH and his Dr

For the wives out there, would it bother you if your DH were to
have a female Dr? Not just a family physician, but say a urologist, or other, more ‘intimate’ doctor?
Would this be a problem, why or why not?
Would you object?

I asked my DH which kind of doctor he would prefer, because we were talking about my preference to have a female OB/GYN (he shares my comfort with this). I told him that it didn’t matter to me whether he had a male or female specialist; whichever he was most comfortable with, since they are, after all, his parts.

Doesn’t bother me, but I was really surprised when DH said it wouldn’t bother him to see our female family practice physician (there is a man a the practice, just not our assigned doc) about “personal” health issues. He’s so private about everything, I thought he’d be mortified if he ever had to be seen by a woman for something involving reproductive organs or GI issues.
