I have good news for you - If he goes too long without paying or seeing his kids then you can terminate his parental rights. Then you can be done with him. But do a lot of soul searching over that one first but it seems to me that if your soon to be dh wants to be a father and your xh doesn’t than why keep kicking a horses you know what.
