I have heard all my life about Soviet interference with various groups: the Soviet fronts of the 1960s, etc. I like to find out info which either confirms or denies what I have heard.

Go back to the pdf link, and click again. The very first page says “PAGE DENIED”, along with the third (is it?) page, and it downloaded OK.
Disgusting quality, though!
