I’d like to ask you this:
When does spending money on some travels and holidays become a sin? I mean, spending money to organize economic journeys (in which there are more possibilities to be charitable than staying at home) that occupy totally about 30/40 day a year.

That is something you need to speak about with your confessor, and the two of you come to terms about the matter. Most of the people here are not qualified to hear confessions or give moral advice as to the sinfulness of something.

When does spending money on some travels and holidays become a sin?
When you’re spending money that you don’t have, blowing your family’s budget, making your family or others do without things they need or that would benefit them more than a vacation, or engaging in sinful behaviors when you travel/ traveling for the purpose of committing sins.

It’s okay to have an occasional holiday to relax. Like anything else, it should be done in moderation and in accordance with what you can personally afford.

If you have concerns about your personal vacation habits, talk to a priest.

When you are failing to meet your obligations according to your state in life because all the money went to tourism.
organize economic journeys
What is an “economic journey”? I hope you are not talking about “poverty tourism” which exploits people who live in poverty.

No of course, I mean journeys in other countries (in Europe…) trying to spend as little as possible.

I like to go on cruise ships for my personal retreats. The ocean is like a desert. The food is great and abundant. We jokingly call it ,“the good ship gluttony.” However, it is a peaceful retreat where I can pray my rosary and read my books, undisturbed. There is, also, something about moving over the water that is very spiritual and you can’t experience that anywhere else. They have Catholic group cruises but I have not tried that yet.
