Spilled Eucharist

I was at church with someone who spilled 17 hosts and helped her put them back in the case that they spilled form as the lid wasn’t on tight enough.

Do I need to go to confession for handling the Eucharist to put them back in the container? I don’t know if she delivered the 17 hosts after mass or turned these into a priests for new hosts.

Helping someone pick up the Sacred Species that had fallen to the ground is certainly not a sin! Indeed, it is a good and necessary thing to do.
