I think the hardest part is, when you are tempted, you could pray St. Michael Prayer or pray to Jesus for help, but if temptation has already overcome your desires, you will push away this need to pray for help.

So in this way, it’s not enough to know what to do when you are tempted, but you need true willpower to actually do it! This isn’t easy, something I struggle with, something we all struggle with
