There are people who have spiritual experiences. These sort of experiences however are personal meaning that no one else can experience them. Moreover, these experiences don’t happened in regular base and it seems that we don’t have the power to make them happen meaning that there is a hierarchy that only allows those in higher hierarchy to make them happen. These means that we don’t have free access to spiritual world. I was wondering how such things are possible: 1) personal experience, 2) existence of hierarchy.

if you can rephrase it since you are starting from the position of accepting that they are true.
can you ask instead ‘how they work in people:?’

This happened to me several times. I have no doubt that they are real but we can assume that they are true in general for sake of argument.

Oh that’s easy. God gives them a special Grace. It is by his choice that this happens.

Possibly a way of proof that we don’t have control over God. Although people try:(
