Do you have a spiritual director? If so, how often do you see him/her? What kind of questions do you ask? Do you know of a spiritual director available to speak with via e-mail?

You would probably get more answers in the Spirituality forum since you don’t have a moral question.

I see my spiritual director monthly and ask whatever questions or bring up whatever issues relate to my spiritual life. That’s going to be different for each person, depending on their needs.

Spiritual direction is normally done in person. While direction by e-mail might be possible it definitely wouldn’t be the optimum way to do it. Have you tried looking for a director in your area?

I used to see a spiritual director at my parish, I just asked the associate priest if I could get some guidance and we would meet like once a month and just pray and talk things over!
