The Bible states on many occasions the word and place of the word “truth”
The bible never uses the word reality?
I believe that in using the word reality, one can bring a spiritual dimension that can lead the listener away from the “truth”. Hence the spirit is deception
Reality as I understand it must always somewhere have an individual’s preference some where of what the speaker is expressing.
Reality is as we know how the speaker sees the situation or is given to express a given situation.
For instance to say that the reality of the situation is …………. This straight away has the connotation that the speaker is relating from their own understanding. No where does the use of the word reality give a certainty and allow the user or /and the listener to be set free.
The use of the word “truth” straight away gives clarity of what is being expressed. It sets the premises fro what comes next. It also sets the reader and the speaker in a place of definite understanding of the speaker’s actions and intentions.
It is for this reason that Jesus tells all readers of the Bible the “Truth shall set you free”.
The listener and speaker are already with understanding that there is no other way.
Truth is a statement of fact and therefore has to carry with it a spirit of God’s blessing.
It therefore will have a spirit that allows the listener to be joyful, at peace, complete. Or it will cause the listener/reader to be remorseful, wish to repent, want to forgive, either way it is certain and has only one spirit it sets people free.
