I’m hoping someone can help me. Some years ago I saw a book in, I believe, the Catholic Answers book catalog, on the value of recreation or leisure. I always wanted to buy the book, but put it off so long that by the time I was ready to buy, it was no longer available. Perhaps it’s not even in print. Now I can not remember the name of the book or the author. Anyone have an idea of what that book could have been?

I’m not sure if this is the book you’re talking about, but was it perhaps, Leisure, The Basis of Culture by Josef Pieper, St. Augustine’s Press, Inc.?

Bingo! that was what I was trying to recall. It has been way too long since I read it.
