SPLIT: Incense use for daily Mass/allergies?

The church I attended previously (before we moved) used incense at every Mass…I havent seen it used once at the new parish. Is there a reason it has become seen less and less, excepting the allergy/asthma…people have always had those ailments, not meaning to sound insensitive, just wondering if that was in fact the one true reason?

Our parish has established vigil masses as non-smoking [no incense] for solemnities and those Sundays when incense is used.
