Prior to the Luminous Mysteries, I had heard it said that one prayed
the Joyful Mysteries on Monday and Thursday,
the Sorrowful Mysteries on Tuesday and Friday, and
the Glorious Mysteries on Wednesday and Saturday.
Sunday then rotated depending upon the liturgical season (Sorrowful Mysteries for Lent, Glorious Mysteries for Easter, and Joyful Mysteries for the rest of the year).
Since the inception of the Luminous Mysteries, it is now
Joyful: Monday & Saturday
Sorrowful: Tuesday & Friday
Glorious: Wednesday & Sunday
Luminous: Thursday
So now there is no change during Lent.
Of course, this is all just popular piety. You can pray any or all of the Mysteries on whatever day you want to.
