Spreading the word

What do you all think is a good way to tell those who sin the word of God? like people who have sex before marriage, homosexuals having relationships with men, those who drink too much, etc… without letting them think you are judging them or that I am better than them? Because, sometimes I try to tell those who are not doing the right thing… not that I am perfect, but I shy away from it. I want to help those who are not close to God or religious help them understand in a good way. Any tips??
